You can try SectionWizard that is/was part of STAAD.Pro

Try Response2000, u will find it from University of Colorado, it is free

I can also recommend Response2000.  We use it at work as a good, free tool to calculate member responses for columns and beams.

Good Day
I am currently using PROKON, and feels that it gives more than enough information for any type of section that you would like to analysis.  It might take a couple of minutes to get the section drawn in, but it is well worth it.
